Fransgård V-6521 je najmočnejši vitel iz serije V, zasnovan za zahtevno spravilo lesa in intenzivno delo v gozdu. Z vlečno silo 6,5 t zagotavlja dovolj moči tudi za težje hlode, primeren pa je za traktorje moči 45 – 90 KM. Robustna konstrukcija s težo 411 kg omogoča stabilno in varno delovanje tudi v zahtevnejših razmerah.
Opremljen je z jekleno žico dolžine 50 m (maks. 60 m), ki se navija s hitrostjo 0,6 – 1,5 m/s pri 540 vrt/min, kar omogoča hiter in učinkovit potek dela. Vodilo žice, zgornji valj ter zaprt spodnji valj (višina zgornjega 180 cm / spodnjega 85 cm) skrbijo za zanesljivo vodenje pod obremenitvijo in enakomerno navijanje brez poškodb vrvi.
Skupna višina z varnostno mrežo znaša 215 cm, zaščitna rešetka dimenzije 71 × 104 cm pa zagotavlja visoko raven zaščite upravljavca. Stabilnost pri vleki dodatno povečuje buldožerska deska širine 150 cm, ki pomaga pri sidranju traktorja in potiskanju hlodovine, zlasti na strminah.
PTO priklop je nameščen v osi stroja, kar zmanjšuje obremenitev kardanske gredi (ta je serijsko priložena). Vitel se priklopi na 3-točkovno vpetje kategorije II ali III, celoten sklop pa je zasnovan za dolgo življenjsko dobo, enostaven servis in zanesljivo delovanje tudi pri največjih obremenitvah.
