Диски VELOCE виготовлені з високоміцної борної сталі (30MnB5 + загартування) завтовшки 6 мм, що забезпечує менший знос навіть на важких грунтах. Діаметр 520 мм забезпечує робочу глибину 10 см. Маючи менш опуклу конструкцію, вони можуть легше проникати в землю завдяки декільком кутам атаки.
Кут до робочого напрямку (17°) та вертикальний до грунту (7°) забезпечує агресивне робоче положення, що підвищує ефект змішування грунту / залишків.
Відстань між рядами дисків становить 800 мм., що гарантує якісну роботу з великою кількістю пожнивних залишків без забивання.
Відстань між дисками на одній балці становить 250 мм., якісне проходження ґрунту та рештків.
Стійка диска має вигнуту форму для кращого проходження грунту та пожнивних залишків під час роботи.
Кожен диск кріпиться до рами на окремому жорсткому кронштейн за допомогою амортизатора Silent Block.
Спеціальні ступиці дисків «AGRI HUB», мають дворядні посилені підшипники які знаходяться в масляній ванні і не вимагають обслуговування. Для досягнення максимальної експлуатаційної надійності підшипники захищаються від попадання пилу та бруду спеціальним касетним ущільненням Mudblock+ та захисною кришкою.
Універсальна гідравлічна система повністю автоматизована і регулює окремі робочі секції самостійно за допомогою гідравлічних циліндрів, які відкривають крила, регулюють каток, дишло, транспортні колеса та передні колеса, і, передній ножовий каток.
